More than 70% of all banking transactions are carried out by Oschad clients in the mobile application

Since the beginning of the great war, the percentage of Oschadbank clients' transactions carried out in Mobile Oschad has doubled to over 70%. Today, the app allows customers to cover all their basic daily banking needs. According to statistics, the most popular Mobile Oschad services in 2024 were:
- card transfers, transfers by bank details;
- payment for services, including utility bills, and mobile phone top-ups;
- opening deposits and new accounts, Mobile Savings;
- currency exchange.
The average number of app downloads in 2024 is more than 300 thousand per month. Currently, 4.6 million connected customers have Mobile Oschad on their gadgets. They make more than 800 thousand visits daily and conduct financial transactions totaling UAH 1.4 billion.
Since the launch of the updated version of Mobile Oschad at the end of 2021, more than 20 major updates have been implemented and more than 70 new major services and functions have been introduced. In May 2024, we introduced remote identification, a new feature that allows you to become a bank customer and open a digital debit card without visiting a branch. Thanks to this innovation, more than 20 thousand Ukrainians have become Oschadbank customers; daily, more than 200 customers sign account opening agreements in 5 simple steps.
After registration in the app, you can use the opening of specialized accounts that are part of government support services, including the National Cashback. To date, more than 300,000 customers have opened accounts under this program.
The security settings in Mobile Oschad have been significantly improved: the ability to change the PIN code for free, new convenient methods of confirming transactions and automatic limit triggering have been added.
“In 2021, to replace the old mobile application, we offered an updated Mobile Oschad that meets the key needs of the client. It has a clear interface, technology, fewer clicks to complete a single transaction, and even an emotional component thanks to the Oschadyk character and the ability to use the “beautiful Ukrainian language.” Today, most of Oschadbank's core services have already been transferred online, and we are actively moving towards solving most issues remotely, selling new products and services, and improving existing services. I am confident that the number of users of our application will continue to grow, as we have created a real “branch in a smartphone”, commented Anton Tiutiun, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.
