Oschadbank's Chairman of the Board Sergii Naumov is Top CEO of the Financial Sector 2025

Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank, received the prestigious Top Financial Sector CEO award at the TopFinance-2025 award ceremony held in Kyiv on February 26. In total, 10 best CEOs of leading banks, insurance and financial companies who demonstrate outstanding results in their respective fields were honored. The award winners were selected based on the following criteria: reputation capital, leadership skills, crisis management, and ability to manage change.

In addition to the personal award of the CEO, Oschadbank was recognized in other nominations of the financial institutions rating:

• II place in the nomination “Card Market Leader”;
• III place in the nominations “SME Bank of the Year” and “Best Bank for Savings”;
• top five in the nominations “Bank of the Year for Large Business” and “Leader of Consumer Lending”.
