This is the volume of requests for energy loans from micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) that Oschadbank collected during the first two summer months of the year. During this time, Oschad financed the purchase of solar panels, wind power plants, gas turbines, gas piston and biogas generating units for a total amount of UAH 34.3 million on favorable terms.
Oschadbank is constantly expanding its cooperation with companies that enable entrepreneurs to purchase and install alternative energy sources on the most favorable terms. Currently, the portfolio of such partners includes 35 companies.
Yesterday, Oschad signed two more partnership agreements with Rayton Sun (construction of solar power plants (SPP) for enterprises) and Keyvolt (construction and maintenance of SPP). The partnership provides for loans for the purchase and installation of equipment that ensures the uninterrupted operation of the business's power system for its own needs and for the sale of electricity at a preferential interest rate under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program.
According to these agreements, the project cost ranges from UAH 100 thousand to UAH 150 million, and the loan term is from 5 years (with a guarantee) to 10 years (without a guarantee). The collateral is the purchased equipment or property rights. It does not require notarization. The commission for granting a loan and the client's own contribution is 0%. An individual repayment schedule is possible.
Other advantages of partnership programs include:
- simplified package of documents for obtaining a decision;
- priority consideration of the application and reduced decision-making time;
- prompt communication, assistance and support of the application by the manager responsible for partnership programs at the regional level;
- online decision of the bank on the loan application within 24 hours.
"We help our clients make their business more stable by installing energy independence equipment. The more such projects are implemented, the more resilient the entire Ukrainian economy will be to energy problems. For us, such projects are not only business, but also our contribution to the joint efforts of many partners to nullify the enemy's efforts to destroy the Ukrainian energy system," comments Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, Oschadbank Board Member in charge of MSMEs.
