Oschad's business loan product, chatbot and acquiring recognized at the PSM Awards 2023

Oschadbank's programs for micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) were recognized as the best in the nomination "Best Bank Loan Product for Business" at the PaySpace Magazine Awards 2023, which took place yesterday in Kyiv. In addition, Oschad received silver in the nominations "Best chatbot in fintech" and "Best acquiring bank" for the OschadPAY application.

The PSM Awards have been annually recognizing the best companies and products in the Ukrainian financial technology market since 2016. The winners were determined by open online voting, as well as by the decisions of experts and the editorial board of the publication in October and November.

"I believe our awards are well deserved. The growth of Oschadbank's MSME loan portfolio by more than UAH 4 billion in 2023 is an eloquent testament to the popularity of our loan products. This popularity is primarily due to the large number of preferential business lending programs available in our arsenal: national, regional, partnership, and international. Customers also appreciated the convenience of OschadBusiness' online loan application service, which allows them to receive a preliminary decision within 24 hours without visiting a branch.

And this is not all of Oschad's achievements in the field of digitalization. For example, our cash register in the OschadPAY smartphone has become a constant assistant for more than 7,000 Ukrainian entrepreneurs, who can accept payments even during blackouts. We are also proud of our chatbot, where our customers can receive 47 remote services," commented Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank, on the award results.
