Oschad was the first bank in the world to introduce the option of customer calls in Viber

As of today, Oschad has provided its customers with a unique option - the ability to call the bank directly from the Rakuten Viber application. No other bank in the world currently offers this option. Calls can be made through Oschadbank's Viber account (where, for example, information on account movements is received), or by simply pressing *333 in the Viber calling service. You can also make a call from the Feedback section of Oschadbank's website at https://www.oschadbank.ua/zvorotnij-zvazok.

To use this feature, Oschad's client must use a Viber account registered to a Ukrainian mobile number.

"This exclusive service will greatly simplify communication with the bank for many of our clients. It will be especially useful for those who are in the temporarily occupied territories or abroad. The introduction of this service is another step towards Oschadbank's digital transformation. Last year alone, we made 10 updates to our mobile application, adding 25 new functions and services," said Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.

"Our customers have been interested in using messengers to communicate with the bank for several years. Now, during the full-scale war, it is especially important for many of them to have a communication channel alternative to mobile. The vast majority of our customers use Viber, so a business call solution in this application will satisfy this need. Calls to Viber are an alternative channel for us to communicate for free via the popular messenger," said Anton Tiutiun, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.

All calls via Rakuten Viber to the bank are free of charge, regardless of the location of the Oschad client.
