Oschad expands its mobile branch network: sixth “on wheels” unit launched in Mykolaiv region

From now on, a mobile unit of Oschadbank based on motor vehicles will be available to residents of Mykolaiv region. It will provide services in Mykolaiv and Bashtanka districts in Pervomaisk, Ochakiv, Halytsynove, Ingulets, Bereznehuvate and Snihurivka communities - where there are no other banks' outlets. Opening hours and logistics routes will be determined jointly with local authorities and the regional military administration. They can be adjusted according to the security situation in the region. The mobile unit will complement the work of 33 stationary branches of Oschadbank operating in Mykolaiv region.

“Oschadbank on wheels” has all the necessary equipment to provide financial services as in a regular branch. It offers current accounts, deposits, reissue of payment cards, money transfers, social benefits and other financial services to both individuals and legal entities.

Oschad's priority is not only to provide customer service, but also to ensure the safety of visitors and employees. The car has steel armor for the passenger compartment and an armored capsule for the cash desk with bulletproof glass. The car fully meets all state standards for the protection of specialized vehicles. It is equipped with satellite communication, alarm and panic buttons. It has both an autonomous power supply and a connection to the power grid, video surveillance, fire extinguishing, air conditioning and ventilation systems.

The project of mobile units is an important social initiative implemented as part of Oschadbank's own inclusive program “My Accessibility”, which includes improving physical accessibility to financial services. Similar units are already operating in five regions of Ukraine: Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions.

Oschad is the first and only bank in Ukraine to develop and scale a mobile branch format based on vehicles. In 2025, in addition to the mobile branch in Mykolaiv region, we plan to launch four more such branches in places where there are no other bank outlets.
