Oschadbank became the best in terms of hryvnia deposit growth for the second year in a row

For the second year running, Oschad was recognized in the "Banks of 2024" rating by the Financial Club news agency and was named the winner in the "Savings Bank for Private Individuals" nomination among state-owned banks. Oschadbank became the best bank in terms of absolute growth of hryvnia deposits in 2023.

To determine the winner, the performance of all banks for the year from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 was compared. During the reporting period, Oschad's portfolio of hryvnia term deposits grew by more than UAH 14 billion.

"In 2023, the volume of Oschad's term hryvnia deposits increased by 32.3% to over UAH 58 billion. Last year, we expanded the range of deposit products and made them more profitable for our customers. For military personnel and their families, we introduced a preferential deposit "My Defender", which as of the end of the year had over UAH 14 billion placed on it. As of the end of the year, more than UAH 6 billion was placed on the deposit "My Victory" in hryvnia with a higher interest rate, which we launched in May. This growth demonstrates the high level of confidence in Oschadbank on the part of its customers. In particular, this was facilitated by the stable operation of our network and remote service channels during the full-scale war," said Maryna Revutska, Deputy Head of the Retail Banking Department of Oschadbank.
