Oschadbank has been recognized as one of the best employers in the banking industry, having been included in the TOP-50 rating by NV in partnership with Odgers Berndtson Ukraine.

The news was announced at the award ceremony on October 2 during the forum “Business and War - Dialogues about the Future”, where representatives of business and government discussed the most pressing challenges for the Ukrainian economy in the context of war.

“We are grateful to the experts and organizers of the rating for the high appreciation of our work. Today, Oschad's HR policy is primarily aimed at ensuring the safety and health of employees. In addition to preserving human resources, the list of priorities includes motivating our team, which, despite the danger, lack of electricity and other obstacles, continued to work and became a financial support for citizens throughout Ukraine. We are proud that during the full-scale war we were able not only to maintain but also to strengthen our team support programs. We are talking about the introduction of health insurance for all employees, assistance to mobilized and demobilized colleagues, new financial incentive programs for the results achieved,” comments Iryna Makovieieva, HR Director of Oschadbank.

The Best Employers ranking is a joint project of NV and Odgers Berndtson, an international top-level executive search and assessment company. The project experts evaluated employers in three categories: support for veterans and their families, financial and non-financial motivation of staff, and promotion of employee well-being. The study involved 152 of Ukraine's largest companies, selected based on revenue and number of employees. This list provides employees, shareholders and investors with an idea of which companies in Ukraine are making the most effort to support their employees during the war.
