Oschadbank and Mubadala sign a Memorandum of Understanding

Oschadbank, the second Ukrainian bank in terms of assets, and Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), an Abu Dhabi-based (UAE) sovereign investor, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore opportunities of cooperation.

The Memorandum aims to formalise the intention of both parties to further discuss the potential areas of collaboration and potential investment projects in Ukraine and abroad including entering into long term agreements to further such objectives.

Mubadala is one of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds, with over U.S. $232 billion of assets under management. Its portfolio spans six continents with interests in multiple sectors and asset classes.

The Oschadbank and Mubadala partnership has been created to determine potential co-investment initiatives in Ukraine and consequently boost the development of the Ukrainian economy.
