Oschadbank has launched a rehabilitation program for its demobilized employees - combatants

As part of its “No Barriers” initiative to rehabilitate and provide psychological support to demobilized colleagues, Oschadbank has launched a program aimed at improving the health of employees with combat veteran status and their families. The program provides a week-long vacation in sanatoriums for veterans and their family members.

The first groups have already vacationed in a sanatorium in the Svalyava region. By the end of the year, several dozen more defenders and their families will take advantage of this opportunity.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 600 Oschadbank employees have been mobilized into the ranks of the Ukrainian armed forces, of whom 54 demobilized employees have returned to work. To help them adapt, the bank offers rehabilitation programs, psychological assistance, extended health insurance, training, legal support, etc.

“We at Oschadbank are waiting for our heroes to return. During their service, they will keep their jobs, receive an average salary and other benefits. Six months ago, at the bank's main corporate event - a meeting of the expanded management board - all Oschad's management from Kyiv and the regions stood and gave a standing ovation to our demobilized colleagues who were presented with corporate awards. It was very exciting. Our obligation to them is to help them quickly adapt and return to normal life, and we are doing everything possible for this,” said Iryna Makovieieva, Head of the Human Resources Department of Oschadbank.
