Applications for support of industrial parks through Oschadbank are now open

As of today, applications for support of industrial parks can be submitted to Oschadbank. Funds are provided under the relevant state program. These applications can be submitted by the initiators of industrial parks and managing companies of these parks until August 15, 2024.

Two types of assistance are offered:

• non-repayable financing for the development of the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure of industrial parks, including roads, communication lines, gas, water and electricity supply;
• compensation for the costs of connecting to engineering and transportation networks.

Funding will be provided on the basis of co-financing with the applicant in equal shares (while for the de-occupied territories the proportion is 80/20 percent). Participation in the program implies clear obligations of the applicant to the state: commissioning of 5 thousand square meters of industrial real estate within two years and involvement of at least two participants within three years.

Support for industrial parks is part of the state program “Made in Ukraine” initiated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. It provides, among other things, benefits and incentives for investors and entrepreneurs. The state budget for 2024 allocates UAH 1 billion for this purpose.
