From today, Oschad offers private houses, duplexes and townhouses as part of the eHouse program

From now on, Oschadbank offers mortgage loans for private houses, duplexes and townhouses as part of the state program of affordable mortgage lending eHouse (eOselya). The choice of housing for veterans has also been expanded - they can now buy apartments and private houses that are no more than 10 years old in Kyiv and regional centers. For other settlements, there are no restrictions on the date of commissioning.

Ukrainians who borrow under the state mortgage program can now receive a loan at 7% per annum for private houses that are 62.5 square meters per person and an additional 21 square meters for each additional family member. The requirements for the date of commissioning of houses are the same as for apartments:

- representatives of certain professions (contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, doctors and scientists) can get a loan at 3% and veterans - at 7% per annum for the purchase of private houses up to 10 years old in Kyiv and regional centers, and without age restrictions in other settlements;

- internally displaced persons and other citizens can get loans for the purchase of private houses at 7% per annum (up to 3 years old, regardless of the settlement).

Another important condition for lending for the purchase of a private house is the status of the land plot on which it is located. To be eligible for the eHouse program, the land must be part of a residential or public development. Country and garden houses are not currently available for mortgage under eHouse.

Oschad is the leader of the state program of preferential lending eHouse. Since its launch, the bank has provided more than 3,000 soft loans totaling about UAH 5 billion. Oschadbank's market share under the program is 44%, both in terms of the amount and number of loans issued.

In total, 6,916 Ukrainian families have already taken out loans for their own homes worth more than UAH 10.4 billion. Most of them are contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and law enforcement officers. The program operates throughout Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories and areas of active hostilities.
