Oschad continues to expand access to financial services in the most remote corners of Ukraine. As of today, another mobile unit of the bank has started operating in Odesa region. It will serve residents of 7 communities in Podil’sk, Rozdilnya and Berezivka districts, including Kuyalnyk, Pishchana, Slobidka, Konoplyane, and Velykoploske, etc. where there are no permanent banking institutions.
The solemn opening of the “bank on wheels” took place today in the village of Mordarivka, Kuyalnyk community, with the participation of representatives of regional and district authorities. It is the ninth in the network of Oschadbank's mobile branches and will complement the work of 80 stationary branches of Oschad already operating in Odesa region.
The working hours and routes of the mobile branch will be determined jointly with local authorities and the regional military administration, taking into account the security situation in the region.
The mobile unit is fully equipped to provide standard banking services. It has all the necessary equipment to provide full service to individuals and legal entities - from opening accounts to making transfers and receiving social benefits.
Special attention is paid to the safety of customers and employees. The vehicle has steel armor for the passenger compartment, an armored cash box with bulletproof glass, and is equipped with satellite communications, video surveillance, fire extinguishing, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. The vehicle has an autonomous power supply, which makes it possible to operate even in the absence of electricity.
Currently, Oschadbank's mobile units are already successfully operating in Dnipropetrovs'k, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions, providing access to banking services in frontline and remote regions where other banks do not operate.
