Oschad's branch network has started accepting applications for Winter eSupport from certain categories of customers

Oschad News

According to the terms of the program, the following citizens are eligible to receive such support:

- aged 65+ who do not use the Diia application;

- who have refused to have a taxpayer identification number (TIN) for religious reasons, of any age.

These clients receive a physical National Cashback card at an Oschadbank branch.

To apply for a card, you must provide a passport and a taxpayer identification number (or a passport with a note on the refusal of the TIN).

Also, persons who are guardians of children under the age of 18 can apply to Oschadbank to receive payments for these children. To apply, they will need to open an account with Oschad. They should bring the child's birth certificate and, if necessary, documents on child custody.

In addition, parents whose children's birth certificates are not pulled up in Diia due to a change of surname can apply to Oschadbank. Such customers should bring a document certifying the change of surname.

Oschad will check whether the citizen has already received the assistance. If the check is successful, an account will be opened and a National Cashback card will be issued. Information about the enrollment will be displayed in the mobile application. The payment will be received within 10 days.

The card issuance service is free and available until February 28, 2025.

Customers who receive pensions or social benefits through Ukrposhta will also be able to receive the Winter eSupport financial assistance through this postal operator.

The money can be spent on utilities and medical services, education, transportation, mobile communications, insurance and other services. You can also buy books and other printed materials, medicines and medical devices made in Ukraine, which are registered in the National Cashback program and sold in retail outlets that have joined the program according to the list

There is also an option to spend money on charity, donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or purchase military bonds.

The funds can be spent both online and offline, but only on the specified categories. Cash withdrawals or transfers between cards are not possible. Funds received through Diia or partner banks can be used until December 31, 2025, and through Ukrposhta until February 28, 2025.
