From now on, you can become a customer of Oschad without visiting a branch

Oschadbank is introducing a new functionality that allows new customers to open a bank account online and receive a digital card without visiting a branch.
This can be done using the Mobile Oschad application, which should be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
The procedure is as follows:
- log in to the application, select “My card”, read the terms and conditions and click “Order”;
- enter the phone number, receive a call from the bank, listen to the 4-digit code and enter it;
- provide documents from the Diia application for identification (the presence of an internal or foreign passport in this application is a prerequisite);
- take a photo and provide certain information about yourself;
- select the region and the main service outlet on the map.
After creating a request, an SMS will be sent to the customer's number. When the review is complete, the client will receive the following SMS: “Welcome! Your application for card opening has been approved. Please go to the app and sign the agreement.” Next, you need to read the agreement and sign it. The link to it will be in the app and will be sent via SMS. If the client does not complete the form and returns to the app after a certain period of time, the download of documents from the Diia app will need to be repeated for security reasons. After signing the agreement, the client completes registration in the application, where he or she can view information about the card and use all the features of Mobile Oschad.
A digital card becomes available in the application immediately after registration and has the same functionality and tariffs as a regular plastic card.
After issuing a digital card, we recommend that you take the following steps to use the services more comfortably:
- familiarize yourself with all the functions of the application using interactive prompts;
- add the card to ApplePay or GooglePay for payments by phone;
- copy and save the details of the digital card to restore access or order a plastic card (it will be delivered to the Oschadbank branch).
The digital card can be used for payments on the Internet, in the retail and service network (using NFC devices), and for withdrawals in the ATM network (via ATMs equipped with an NFC module).

Online customer acquisition is the implementation of the IT component of our inclusive program “My Accessibility”, which includes the development of digital technologies. The advantage of remote access to Oschad's services is especially relevant today, in times of war, when many Ukrainians cannot visit a bank branch to open an account for various reasons,” emphasizes Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.
“We have repeatedly heard the wishes of Ukrainians that they need a digital onboarding service that would allow them to become Oschadbank customers without visiting a branch. I am grateful to the project team for implementing this option. Forced emigrants, defenders of Ukraine, residents of the temporarily occupied territories – these people will now be able to receive the services of our bank, even if they were not previously its customers. I would like to assure you that we will not stop further digitalization of Oschadbank's services – the realities of a full-scale war encourage us to develop this area more and more. For example, in the future, the Mobile Oschad app will allow you to issue a MORE digital card with a certain credit limit,” commented on the innovation Anton Tiutiun, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.
