Oschad News

Oschadbank offers its clients – legal entities engaged in foreign trade activity  to receive legal advice from one of the Big Four companies.

The initiative was launched as part of the My Export business partnership program, which is jointly implemented by Oschadbank, Nova Poshta, the USAID Competitive Economy Program, and the Entrepreneurship Development Office.

Consultations on the compliance of foreign trade contracts with Ukrainian legislation will be held online.

These consultations are available to companies that meet the following criteria:

- officially registered with 10 or more employees;

- engaged in the production of packaging and packaging materials, food industry, machine building and metalworking, textile industry;

- manufacture products for restoration and reconstruction (building materials, windows, doors, metal structures, electrical goods, etc.).

In the My Export package, the client will receive general advice on:

- the subject of the contract, transfer of ownership and risks;

- receipt of payments, including their procedure, terms and currency;

- acceptance and delivery of products;

- validity of the contract, its term and grounds for termination;

- applicable law and dispute resolution procedures.

KPMG Ukraine will not advise on commercial and tax issues related to foreign trade contracts.

Registration is open until the end of August.

To apply for a consultation, please fill out the form here.

We remind you that the My Export partnership program, launched in October last year, consists of three components: banking services and currency exchange operations (carried out by Oschadbank without commission), shipment of goods for export by Nova Poshta at preferential rates, business training and contract consultations.
