The sixth mobile unit of Oschadbank started operating in Sumy region

As of today, a mobile unit of Oschadbank based on a motor vehicle will be operating for residents of Sumy region. This unit will provide services in Lebedyn, Nedryhailiv, Vilshana, Korovyntsi, Kyrykivka and other communities. There are no other bank branches in these communities. Opening hours and logistics routes will be determined jointly with local authorities and the regional military administration. They can be adjusted according to the security situation in the region.

“Oschadbank on Wheels” has everything you need to provide banking services as in a regular branch. It is possible to open current accounts, make deposits, reissue payment cards, make money transfers, receive social benefits and other financial services.

Oschad's priority is not only to provide customer service, but also to ensure the safety of visitors and employees. That is why the car has steel armor for the passenger compartment and an armored capsule for the cash desk with bulletproof glass. The car fully complies with all state standards for the protection of specialized vehicles. It is equipped with satellite communication, alarm and panic buttons. It has an autonomous power supply, video surveillance, fire extinguishing, air conditioning and ventilation systems.

“The project of mobile units for Oschadbank is a very important social initiative implemented under the My Accessibility Program, which includes improving the physical accessibility of branches and increasing the number of bank outlets in the frontline areas. For obvious reasons, we sometimes have to close branches where the situation requires it due to the hostilities. However, we do our best not to leave our customers to fend for themselves. Our “branches on wheels” help us to do this,” commented Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.

Now Oschad's mobile units operate in six regions of Ukraine: Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions - one in each.

The “branches on wheels” contribute to a significant expansion of Oschadbank's coverage in the frontline regions and belong to the Power Banking network, which, if necessary, will operate even in conditions of prolonged power outages. Oschad is the first and only bank in Ukraine to develop a mobile branch format based on vehicles.
