Oschad acquires bonds of Nova Poshta for UAH 650 million

Oschadbank has entered into an agreement with Nova Poshta to purchase the company's bonds for the amount of UAH 650 million with maturity of 15 months. The registered interest-bearing ordinary unsecured corporate bonds of Series E were issued on April 26, 2024.

Oschadbank and Nova Poshta have a long history of cooperation, and this is the third transaction to finance the company through the purchase of corporate bonds since 2019.

"During the full-scale war, we liberalized our approach to borrower assessment and expanded the list of financial instruments. The purchase of such a significant amount of bonds demonstrates both Oschad's readiness to share risks with businesses to help restore the country and the impeccable reputation of Nova Poshta.
