Oschad offers its services to international partners as part of joint projects to rebuild Ukraine

This was stated by Serhiy Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank, during a panel discussion at the Forum on Investment and Transformation (FIT) for Ukraine international annual meeting. The event, which took place in Warsaw, brought together representatives of the authorities of various countries, international organizations and businesses interested in helping the Ukrainian economy.

Calling on international financial organizations to join collaborative projects with Oschadbank to restore and develop the Ukrainian economy, Serhiy Naumov outlined how the leading Ukrainian state-owned bank could be useful to international partners.

According to the head of Oschad, the bank's services include the following:

• assistance in the implementation of grant programs;
• co-financing of infrastructure projects;
• checking the reputation of Ukrainian partners;
• implementation of loan guarantee programs;
• control over the use of the funding received.

The Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank noted that this list is not comprehensive. The Bank will always find a mutually interesting offer for those who wish to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

"If you intend to help the business and people of Ukraine, know that you have a reliable financial partner in Oschadbank," emphasized Serhiy Naumov.

In addition, the banker listed the programs implemented by Oschadbank to increase the availability of its loan products for business. These include preferential government programs ("Affordable Loans 5-7-9%", portfolio guarantees, assistance to entrepreneurs through the ECA), regional initiatives (memoranda of joint business support with regional military administrations and municipalities), and international projects (cooperation with Sparkasse/GIZ, EBRD, WNISEF, EIB, etc.).

Credit support for the Ukrainian economy is one of the strategic directions of Oschad's work during a full-scale war. As of the end of the third quarter, the total loan portfolio of the Bank's business amounted to UAH 70.1 billion. Of this amount, UAH 48.9 billion is the portfolio of large corporations and UAH 21.2 billion is the portfolio of MSMEs.
