Ukrainian entrepreneurs can receive 15% compensation from Oschadbank for the purchase of Ukrainian machinery and equipment

The bank and the Ministry of Economy have recently signed a memorandum extending access to the program to Oschad's clients.
Under the terms of the program, customers can receive 15% compensation (excluding VAT) for the purchase of energy, construction, wheeled and special equipment made in Ukraine according to the approved list.
“Oschad continues to expand its tools to support domestic production and Ukrainian business in general with the help of the state as a partner. As part of the “Made in Ukraine” program, in which Oschadbank participates, agricultural producers are already receiving compensation for purchased agricultural machinery made in Ukraine. According to preliminary estimates, the new program will enable 2,000 Ukrainian enterprises to upgrade their equipment by purchasing machinery from domestic manufacturers. This means an increase in production, a stable economy, new jobs, money to the budget, etc.”, comments Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, Member of the Management Board of Oschadbank in charge of MSME.
To participate in the program, producers need to submit an application to the Ministry of Economy in electronic form, as well as a list of goods for which the buyer may be compensated, and a package of documents (information on the degree of localization, cost estimation and technological operations, calculation of the share of labor costs, etc.) After the Ministry of Economy checks, the goods will be included in the list.
To receive compensation, buyers should pay for the machinery and equipment through Oschadbank and submit an application for compensation along with a copy of the payment document and the goods acceptance certificate.
The machinery and equipment, for which the buyer receives compensation, cannot be resold within three years. Otherwise, the buyer must return the funds to the state and will be deprived of the opportunity to receive compensation for the next three years.
Important: bankrupt companies, companies sanctioned by or affiliated with the aggressor state or Belarus, companies with tax debts overdue for more than six months, companies operating in the territory of active hostilities, etc. are not eligible for compensation.
Applications for goods purchased before December 1, 2024, will be considered this year if submitted by December 5. For equipment purchased after December 1, compensation will be accrued next year.
