Oschadbank's “My Accessibility” is recognized as the best corporate social responsibility project at PSM Awards 2024

As part of the annual PaySpace Magazine Awards 2024, which recognizes the best companies and experts in the Ukrainian financial technology market, Oschad won first place in the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Project nomination.

The bank received this award thanks to the inclusive program My Accessibility, which aims to create equal opportunities for all Ukrainians. The program covers several key areas: increasing the number of barrier-free branches, developing a special service model and staff training, implementing digital IT solutions that allow receiving banking services without visiting a branch, as well as a large-scale communication campaign to raise public awareness of the need to introduce barrier-free access in Ukraine. Another priority is to support veterans, including their rehabilitation and reintegration.

Today, more than 60% of Oschadbank's network of 1,150 branches meet state barrier-free standards, 23 of which have the status of super-inclusive and were created by the bank's own design. Last year, onboarding for individuals and entrepreneurs, i.e. remote account opening, was introduced for the convenience of customers. To support veterans, Oschadbank has developed a preferential loan product called Business 4.5.0, and helped open four mobile rehabilitation modules, a sterilization unit, and two wards at the Superhumans Center.

“This award is another evidence of the effectiveness of our efforts to develop the inclusiveness ecosystem. We strive to make banking services accessible to all Ukrainians, regardless of their physical abilities or social status. We believe this award is absolutely deserved, as we are working hard to ensure that the My Accessibility program is constantly evolving, opening up even more opportunities for people with disabilities and veterans,” said Sergii Naumov, Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank.

Over the past year, this is Oschadbank's fourth award for achievements in the field of inclusiveness. At the end of 2024, the bank received an award for the significant results of the My Accessibility program from the NGO “Without Barriers”. In addition, Oschadbank won first place in the Best Example of Inclusive Approach at the UKRAINIAN CX EXCELLENCE 2024, an award for the best customer experience, and also won the Inclusive Bank nomination in the Banker Awards 2024 rating.

Besides, Oschadbank was awarded bronze in the Best Acquiring Bank nomination at the PaySpace Magazine Awards 2024, which confirms the high quality of its services in this area.
