Over EUR 14.5 million from Oschadbank for the restoration and development of one of the country's leading export processing industries

Oschadbank has entered into a number of agreements to provide support to one of the leaders in the export processing industry of Ukraine in the total amount of EUR 14.54 million in equivalent. The company is a leading manufacturer of food processing products with a full production cycle - from growing raw materials to finished products.

The scope of the transactions includes a credit limit of more than EUR 9.35 million for a period of 3 years to replenish working capital and refinance the cost of purchasing equipment. These include agricultural machinery and generators to ensure uninterrupted production.

Supporting export-oriented processing industry enterprises is one of Oschadbank's strategic areas of work to restore the country's economy.

“Our client, whom we are proud to support, is a vivid example of the resilience of Ukrainian business. In 2023-24, the company, including with the support of Oschad, restored production facilities that had been significantly damaged due to Russian military aggression. This helped them increase production by 35% in 2024 compared to the previous year and increase the share of exports to almost pre-war levels. More than half of the company's products are now exported, mainly to the EU. At our new stage of cooperation, in order to reduce the collateral burden on the company and ensure the lowest possible cost of funds raised, we have implemented a complex transaction using a program of state guarantees, documentary instruments and trade finance,” said Yurii Katsion, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Oschadbank in charge of corporate business.
